Dick Fialho, Chief Executive Officer Dick has over 35 years experience with the acquisition, management, leasing, disposition, and refinancing of residential and commercial properties. He started his career with Dun and Bradstreet in Los Angeles and has worked for such firms as The IMC Asset Management Corporation, The Corky McMillin Companies, The Huffman Companies, Sun and Sea Properties and Kidder Peabody with the institutional real estate department. He has experience with turnaround projects such as Poinsettia Village Shopping Center in Carlsbad for Boatman’s Bank, Villa Royale Apartments for Pacifica Corporation and Aztec Village Shopping Center for a group of out of town investors. He has a Bachelors degree from Bowling Green State University, is the broker of record for RG and is a CPM® with the Institute of Real Estate Management. |

Pete Ceccherini, President Pete has over 25 years experience which includes apartment marketing and management, commercial and industrial management and leasing, office building management and leasing. He has been with RG for over 18 years and has managed properties of several of his clients since he has been in the industry – 25 years. He maintains a portfolio of assets valued in excess of $120 million dollars and controls budgets including revenues of over $7 million dollars. He is a California real estate broker and is a faculty member of SDCAA Education Department and is certified by the California Department of Real Estate to teach continuing education. |

Dale Pettit, Chief Financial Officer Dale is the Chief Financial Officer of the firm and has been for over 25 years. He began his career at Georgia Pacific Corporation and has worked at corporate level executive positions. Dale is responsible for all facets of corporate accounting, including preparation of corporate financial statements, tax reporting, audits, cash flow management, 401k profit sharing management, and annual budgeting. He is also highly experienced in computerized applications for various corporate and property level accounting requirements. He has implemented an internet based accounting system with Yardi software, set up a computerized condo conversion accounting system, provided accounting services for over 30 condo conversion projects totaling more than 4,500 units. Services include accounts payable, bank reconciliation, recording of escrow statements for unit sales, complex mortgage reconciliation, and financial statement presentation. His department provides contract accounting services for many hotel and other types of properties. Jeff Hickox, Director of New Business Development Jeff is the Director of Business Development and over his 34 year career has held senior positions at CB Richard Ellis, The Irvine Company The Corky McMillin Company and was Vice President of McMillin Investment Properties, Inc. which managed the McMillin family and estate assets. His responsibilities included the management of a portfolio of 400,000 square feet of office properties for The Irvine Company. He also participated in the development of Liberty Station in Point Loma for the McMillin Company. Jeff is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a past president of the San Diego Chapter. He has been on the chair for the Legislative Committee for IREM and has been chair for the last 13 years. He is a 3rd generation real estate broker and received a Bachelor of Science degree in real estate from San Diego State University. Jeff is a member of the Commercial Realtors Association of San Diego and on the board of directors for the California Business Properties Association.

Virginia Watton, Director of Operations Hospitality Division Virginia oversees the efficient operation of the RG portfolio of hotel properties. She has nearly 20 years of experience with such brands as Sheraton, Doubletree, Ramada, and Best Western Hotels. Virginia’s expertise is in Sales and Marketing as well as Operations. During her career she has increased Hotel’s RevPar and ADR as well as the highest increases in Transient and Group sales for hotels in her portfolio. She has been involved with numerous property renovations, both inside and out, rebranding of properties and overseeing smooth change in ownerships. A major success was Virginia’s tireless effort in working with her team in taking over an under-performing, independent boutique property in Coronado and completely remodeled and re-imaged it. That property saw a significant increase in Room Revenue every year after. In total, all of our hotel properties are currently ahead of the 2010 and 2011 numbers. We are encouraged by the upward trend to continue through 2012 and beyond. Virginia holds a degree in Business Administration from Oregon and has a California Real Estate License.

Jeffrey Foster, Property Supervisor Jeffrey Foster is a Property Supervisor with RG Investment Real Estate Services Inc. and has worked in the real estate industry since 1994. His experience includes homeowner's association management, apartment marketing and management, single family resident's management, mortgage loans and residential sales. |

Cindy McLaurin, Assistant to Chief Executive Officer Cindy is the executive assistant to Dick Fialho and supports Pete Ceccherini with Coronado Point Condominium Owners’ Association. She joined Radelow/Gittins in 2003 working on special projects and research for Larry Gittins, co-founder of RG. Cindy has over 40 years of office experience in areas of public relations, marketing, customer service, office management and human resources. She held a California real estate license and was associated with Century 21 in the Los Angeles area. Since joining RG, she has been instrumental in improving income for commercial properties under management. Cindy assists with administration of leases, newsletters, board of directors meetings. Cindy is proactive and responsive to tenants and property owners alike. She authors Coronado Point’s monthly newsletter, To The Point, and has worked hard to build the board of directors’ as well as homeowners’ trust in management.

Luis Gutierrez, Director of Marketing - Hospitality Division Luis develops the marketing strategy for the hotels properties managed by RG Investement Inc. He has increased online revenue growth in all of the hotel properties in the RG portfolio. His efforts include running marketing campaigns through Yield management, Advertisement, Ad Creations, Trade show Coordination, Website Maintenance, Reputation Management, Web Analytics and E-mail Campaigns. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University San Marcos.
