Jeff Hickox, the building’s manager, is fantastic! He makes me feel like a guest at a fine luxury hotel such as the Ritz Carlton in Laguna Niguel. When Jeff arrived here several years ago, he immediately made a point to meet all of the tenants, including me. At that time, he was located in the adjacent building. Jeff’s professionalism, service, and friendship are contagious and radiates to everyone around him... I now know the entire staff of the building, from all of the building maintenance engineers (Mike, David and Carl), to your receptionist, Kandie. If there is any issue, consider it solved and handled. The building’s remodel, which I know you must have spent a great deal of time with, turned out fantastic and was well worth it. You graciously upgraded and maintained our building and we have the best location and the nicest building in all of San Diego County. In fact, I barely noticed the major remodel as it was done in the best possible way. It now feels like a snazzy Miami Beach location with the exotic trees and wonderful landscaping. You have the absolute best of both worlds, a great professional Class “A” building and excellent staff. Without Jeff and your staff, this building would be an empty shell. They bring everything to life. It is a real pleasure and honor to be your tenant.
